3)Manufacturing Process
Strand woven bamboo decking and horse stable are made from strips of bamboo which are shredded into thin fiber.After carbonizing and dipping glue, it will be reshaped in the steel molds. Under high level of heat and pressure, the strands are pressed together to form the semifinished fiber bind.Then the semi-finished fiber bind will be sized and molded into wanted strand woven bamboo horse stable size.
